Our Certified Medical Examiners (CME) can provide same-day DOT cards* and recertification*. We offer affordable self-pay rates for independent operators, and can also setup a DOT program for companies, including random drug screening pools.

*DOT physical exam is not a guarantee of a DOT card. Additional testing or information may be required. Please plan your DOT Medical Exam at least 30-60 days ahead of your DOT card expiration date.

At our Franklin and Lake Hopatcong location LabCorp is located within the same medical facility to make it a one stop shop for all non-urgent medical needs. If you have a script for bloodwork you can go there after visiting the urgent care in the same convenient location. 

At Skylands Urgent Care we provide supervised weight loss services tailored to individual needs. These may include a health evaluation, body composition analysis, lab testing, nutritional counseling, exercise recommendations, and in some cases, prescription weight loss medications.
